Nick has been with CallMiner for 9+ years initially joining the organisation as a Business Analyst, shifting to Analytics Manager, Customer Success Director and now back to Business Analyst as a Team Lead. Nick focuses on enabling clients to get the most value out of conversation intelligence.

Prior to CallMiner, Nick spent twelve years at Nottinghamshire Police as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and then Resource and Performance Manager within the Contact Management department.
