MI Manager

John has been MI Manager at Ageas for 7 years and has over 20 years’ experience in creating management information and systems within the Insurance sector. As part of his role, John heads up Ageas’s CallMiner Speech Analytics team and he works closely with the business to continually produce meaningfully insights which in turn will remove failure and identify demand. John’s team are also heavily focused on creating scorecards in Coach to assist both the customer and consultant alike, resulting in the customer receiving the best possible journey with Ageas and allowing our consultants to be supported to provide the best service possible.
