As Product Analyst within the Product Department at CallMiner, Liam is responsible for the research, creation, updating and the delivery of all Solutions. He has now been at CallMiner 2+ years and is focused on expanding the current catalogue of product content.

Prior to CallMiner, Liam spent nine years working for Direct Line Group, with 3 of these working within the speech analytics department, working closely on projects relating to Vulnerability, Automated QA and First Call Resolution.
